Service at our office
ETS has engineers to do the service and repair. The companies which we represent in Egypt provide us with excellent and quick support. There is a workshop at ETS office. All tools and measuring devices necessary for the service are available. Also, a garage affiliated to the office is used for the service of the cable testing and fault location vans and for large test systems.
Onsite service
Onsite service also available specially for test systems and machines which is not easy or not possible to be transported to our office.
Spare parts
We supply spare parts for all delivered devices and systems even after long time since delivery.
Consultancy and Technical support
ETS has professional and highly qualified engineers and Dr engineers with long time experience who are ready for offering consultancy and technical support.
