HIGHVOLT
AC High Voltage Test
- WR metal tank type for HV cables testing up to 400 kV and rated power up to 10000 KVA. For capacitors, generators, and motors up to 60 kV.
- WRM modular insulating case with voltages up to 800 kV and 1600 kV for routine & inspection testing respectively of high and ultra-high voltage cables. Also for applied voltage testing of power transformers, voltage transformers and GIS with voltages up to 1600 kV.
- WRU metal tank type with tap changer for routine testing of medium, high, and ultra-high voltage cables up to 400 kV.
- WRV T for on-site testing of HV and UHV cables with frequency range from 20 Hz to 300 Hz. One unit rated 260 kV, 83 Amp. Several test systems can be conveniently connected in series when higher test voltages are required or in parallel when testing cables of up to 100 kilometers in length.
- WRV G & WRV M for on-site testing of GIS with voltages up to 800 kV & frequency range from 20 Hz to 300 Hz. The WRVG G-type test system can be directly flanged to the test object. In case of the WRV M-type test system, the test object is connected to the test system via a bushing.
- WRV M for on-site applied voltage testing of transformers with frequency range from 40 Hz to 200 Hz and voltage up to 700 kV.
- For Power Transformers WV for factory tests and WV for onsite tests. The tests include: Induced AC voltage test, Measurement of no-load loss and current, Measurement of load loss and short-circuit impedance, Temperature-rise test.
The system uses the static frequency converter with frequency range 40-200 HZ and carries out tests implementing the precise waveform with a total harmonic distortion (THD)<5% and a partial discharge (PD) noise level < 10 PC <20 PC for onsite model).
Transformers with powers up to 1 GVA can be tested
For distribution transformers DiTAS test system is used.
- DiTAS test system covers all necessary tests on distribution transformers. If it is equipped with optional motor-driven switches, the entire routine test sequence can be executed in a fully automated manner. This significantly cuts the test duration and makes it possible to fully integrate the test system into the manufacturing process.
They are used in the following applications:
- Routine testing, type testing, and in particular, wet testing
- Indoor and outdoor testing
- On-site testing
Three types of the WP are available:
- AC test system with insulating sheath transformers
- AC test system with insulating sheath transformers
- AC test system with GIS transformers
DC High Voltage Test
- Type GP for factory testing of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) components and for purposes of research
- Type FGP Customized outdoor application
- Type GPM for factory and on-site testing of components for HVDC transmission
- HVDC test systems with rated voltage up to 2000 kV and rated current 50 mA
- Outdoor application
- Available for currents up to 1000 mA and voltages up 1500 kV.
Impulse Voltage and Current Test Systems
Impulse voltage test systems are available for impulse voltage testing of:
- Cables
- Transformers
- GIS
- Arresters
- different high-voltage equipment.
The test systems generate in accordance with the international standards IEC (60060-1, 60076-3, 60840 & 62067, … etc.):
- Lightning impulse voltage (LI, 1.2/50 µs)
- Switching impulse voltage (SI, 250/2500 µs)
- Chopping lightning impulse voltages (LIC, front time 1.2 µs, front, crest or tail chopped)
Impulse Voltage range: up to 5,700 kV (LI) and up to 4,500 kV (SI)
Impulse voltage and current measurement be achieved by the digital transient recorder, type HiRES. In addition to recording and storing the impulse voltages, all parameters (peak value, rise time, fall time, … etc.) are measured and recorded.
